The Hallmark Channel constantly runs Christmas movies, where love abounds, miracles take place and life always takes an unexpected turn for the better in only two hours of time. As a culture, we love this stuff and can’t get enough of the joys of the season. We run toward good news and miraculous outcomes.
At LifeChoices we don’t have Hollywood screen writers to write our stories, and problems aren’t solved in a precise, two-hour window. Yet we reach out to those whose situations appear hopeless, because we too still believe in miracles. We believe in a God who takes broken people and broken circumstances, rolls up His sleeves and says, “I’m not finished here.” He is a God who gives ample grace and love, and who allows ordinary people to work in the lives of the hurting.
