Jamie just wanted to belong and feel loved. She gave her heart, her home, and her all to a young man. Sadly, she realized all too late that his intentions were not to love her, create a home together, and have a family, but rather to extort and exploit her for his own benefit. She felt forced to abort their baby and, hitting rock bottom, she finally left him. She suddenly had nothing – no home, no family, and a crushed heart.
As tears of exhaustion and emptiness streamed down her cheeks, the compassion shared by our team began to sow a spark of renewed hope within her that help and healing were an option and that she could start anew.

Jamie not only received medical services from our team, but also embraced a plan for relocation to a residential restoration ministry where she could receive faith-centered counseling, job repurposing, and a safe circle of support.
