As we ring in the new year, we are so excited to share with you the joy of three beautiful little gifts of love that were recently delivered to one of our young mothers.
This was not Jamie’s* first pregnancy. She was in a quandary as to how she would manage caring for another baby. Little did she know that her world would suddenly expand to not just one more little one but rather explode to include three new precious babies!
As the three heartbeats were identified one by one on the ultrasound monitor, gasps were heard all around. The grandmother who came for support turned to our volunteer advocate and asked her to speak privately in the lobby.
When they stepped into the lobby, the grandmother turned to the advocate and, with tear-filled eyes, thanked her. “You and your team here treated my daughter with kindness, and her babies as human beings – thank you for what you do.”
