I was recently reminded by a co-worker that I will soon have been serving at LifeChoices for 10 years. What an incredible decade it has been! When I was first hired, I served as a receptionist at one of our medical clinics. I still reflect fondly on that season and the patients I encountered during that time.

Our receptionists have a unique peripheral view of the impact that our services have. When a patient first arrives, they often have a gloomy disposition and appear anxious or scared. After their appointment, our receptionists notice a visible difference in their demeanor. They seem to walk a little taller, breathe a little lighter, and they may even share a smile because they have a newfound sense of hope despite difficult circumstances.

This month we celebrate the ultimate source of hope during the Easter season. We can rest in the reminder that each of us has been given a second chance and a new life through the gift of Jesus. By extension, we can be the hands and feet of Jesus to those around us. The compassionate and loving actions of our staff, volunteers, and financial partners are a tangible example of this hope to our clients every single day.

Thank you for your generous gift which allows LifeChoices to continue our important mission of providing hope, compassion, and second chances to those we serve. We are so thankful for you!
