As the Christmas season approaches we once again take time to reflect on the gift of our Savior, the tiny baby Jesus, born to save the world. We can’t help but remember the Star of Bethlehem that helped guide the Magi to Jesus. At LifeChoices, we strive to be another kind of light shining in our community, guiding people to Christ.
Coming to the end of 2019 we look back at all the blessings God has given throughout the year. And what a year it’s been! We hosted our seventh annual golf tournament, had our sixth year of the baby bottle campaign, and our 30th anniversary banquet celebration!
One of our favorite parts of the year was looking back at how much God has done with a tiny ministry, tucked away in Southwest Missouri, in just 30 years. We heard over and over from the men and women who saw the founding of LifeChoices that they never dreamed what would come of it. We went from a small house, seeing only a few people per year, to a full medical clinic serving thousands of people with two locations and a mobile unit, school programming, fatherhood initiative, parenting classes, and help for over 100 trafficking victims! If God can accomplish all that in 30 years, we can’t wait to see what He has instore of us next!
